The incident was resolved at 4:13 pm (GMT -3) and since then we have had no further delays in sending messages. Live is up and running. We continue to monitor all services.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing a degradation of the messaging service in the Whatsapp channel. This incident affects the sending of messages from our Agentbot, as well as the operation of Live in general. Delays in message delivery may occur during this time. The Aivo technical team is working together with Meta to resolve this as soon as possible. We are also monitoring all services and APIs responsible for these deliveries.
