At 02:48 pm (GMT-3) there was an unexpected fall of our loadbalancer mounted on AWS. This issue caused us to stop sending traffic to the corresponding Live instances. The causes of this malfunction are being analyzed by our team right now. Immediately we started the service restoration tasks, which included lifting the loadbalancer again and re-deploying the Live APIs to the last known stable version. The service was re-established at 03:28 pm (GMT-3). We continue monitoring to ensure the stability of the loadbalancer.
