Engage platform front-end downtime

Today, 9 of January 2025, at 4:47 pm (GMT -3) until 4:53 pm (GMT -3), we experienced a downtime in our Engage front-end platform. The autoscaling rule of the service did not work correctly. In order to fix it and prevent this from happening again, our technical team changed the replication logic of the service. This incident only affected the front, templates, campaigns and numbers didn’t resulted with any issue.
