Today December 26, 2023, we had a downtime in our Conversation API. The incident lasted from 5:27 pm to 5:47 pm, causing delays in agentbot responses. The service was automatically restored to normal operation. The Aivo technical team is currently monitoring services and reviewing the cause of the incident.
