Today, June 28, 2023, from 8:29 am to 9:14 am GMT -3, we had problems with one of our configuration rules inside our firewall, which blocked the connectivity in one of our analytics apis with our datalake. Our technical team identified the rule and deployed a fix that allowed the correct functioning of all our analytics apis.
Currently our team is monitoring and no new failures were registered.
