Today, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 12:30 PM (GMT -3), we had an outage in one of our services that directly affected the performance of the transfers to Live on those bots that contained a Pre-form prior to the derivation. The incident was resolved today at 3:55 PM (GMT -3). Aivo's technical team is currently monitoring the services.
