On February 10, 2025 at 4:51 pm (GMT -3), our service experienced delays in processing messages coming from all channels. This resulted in a large backlog of messages in our processing queues. The investigation revealed that the delays were related to a malfunction in one of our databases, which directly impacted the response times of one of our main messaging services. Our services were restored on February 10, 2025 at 5:16 pm (GMT -3).
